The service provided by the friendly staff, especially Chef Mohamed at the Aqua Bar and the Head of the Lifeguard team, was exceptional. The location, overseen by Mahmoud Abdelarif, boasts improvements in recent years, with a lovely setting by the main beach. The dining options, although not to everyone's taste, offer fresh salads. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks in dining choices and some costly aspects.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, with easy access to the beautiful beach and inviting pools. The staff were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. While the animation team added a fun touch to my holiday, I did have some issues with ants in my ground-floor room from the garden. Overall, I would definitely return to this hotel for another delightful experience.
