The service provided by the friendly staff, especially Chef Mohamed at the Aqua Bar and the Head of the Lifeguard team, was exceptional. The location, overseen by Mahmoud Abdelarif, boasts improvements in recent years, with a lovely setting by the main beach. The dining options, although not to everyone's taste, offer fresh salads. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks in dining choices and some costly aspects.
The hotel offers perfect rooms but needs training to be more courteous, and they were not as spacious as expected for a 5-star property. The service was very professional, especially from the housekeeping and security staff, although there were some issues with booking rates. The location is excellent, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to entertainment facilities. While the animation team added a fun touch to my holiday, I did have some issues with ants in my ground-floor room from the garden.
